Campus Construction Begins July 27

We are thrilled to share that renovations of our church sanctuary and construction of our new academic building will begin Monday, July 27.

We expect sanctuary renovations to take about six months, with most of the work complete by Christmas. Our new academic building and underground parking garage will take 14 months to complete. We expect the new building to be ready in the fall of 2021.

The regular work schedule for construction crews will be Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We are working closely with our construction firm, Tellepsen, to minimize the impact of construction on our daily campus operations, especially once the school year begins.

  • Construction Traffic – Trucks and other construction vehicles will avoid coming to and from campus during school drop-off and dismissal times.
  • Use of Endicott – Tellepsen will place a container on the southbound side of Endicott, close to the intersection of Endicott and Jackwood. This will not impede traffic or affect the school’s carpool line.
  • Tree Removal – Three trees along Jackwood will be removed. We will replace these with new oak trees at the conclusion of the project.
  • Concrete Pouring – During construction, there will be four to six days during which we will need to pour concrete beginning at 4:00 a.m. to ensure ideal setting conditions.

This is truly an exciting time in the life of our church and school. We thank each of you for your continued support and prayers as we make our new campus a reality.
