The arts have always been an important element of the Saint Thomas’ Episcopal School experience. From Kindergarten onwards, creative skills are nurtured and explored through arts that extend from our Scottish Arts program to visual art, our theatre program to choir, orchestra and private music lessons.

Community Engagement

Community Engagement at STE brings families, faculty, and staff together through meaningful volunteer opportunities that enrich our school community. Whether you have a few hours to give or are looking for ongoing involvement, there's a place for everyone to serve.

From K–12 events, school organizations, and faculty appreciation to library assistance, photography, Moms in Prayer, and the Saints' Shine Team, your time and talents help make Saint Thomas' a welcoming and vibrant community.

K-12 Events

Assist faculty and staff with a variety of school events and activities throughout the school year. Volunteer opportunities include serving as a Room Parent or helping with events such as Grandparents & Special Friends Day, Chick-fil-A Day, Operation Christmas Child, and many more. Please indicate your interest, and a member of our team will contact you as planning begins for each opportunity.

School Events & Organizations

Support the many events, activities, and organizations that help make the STE community so special! Opportunities to volunteer may include Spaghetti Supper, BINGO Night, STE's annual Gala, JCL competitions, Scottish Arts events, STE Athletics, and other school-wide programs throughout the year. Whether you can help with planning, setup, hospitality, fundraising, event-day support, or behind-the-scenes tasks, your time and talents are greatly appreciated. Please indicate your interest, and a member of our team will contact you when volunteer opportunities become available.

Moms In Prayer

We are a group of Christian moms who meet every Friday at 7:50am in the Children's Ministry room (F Building) to pray for STE students, faculty, and staff. Visit momsinprayer.org for more information. Please contact us with any questions.

The Saints Shine Team is a ministry of care, comfort, and encouragement for members of our STE community during times of need. Whether it's organizing a meal train, sending a thoughtful note, delivering a small gift, or offering a helping hand, these simple acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference.
