Injury Policy

In Case of Injury:

Please notify the office and the school nurse whenever your child sustains an injury. If the injury occurred at school, be sure the school is aware of the circumstances so that potential safety issues may be identified and addressed.

Students with the following injuries or illnesses should present a note from their physicians releasing them to participate on an athletic team and/or to return to P.E.:

• Diagnosed concussion
• Mononucleosis
• Fractured (broken) bone
