Upper School Sports
St. Thomas' Episcopal is a member of the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS), and competes in District 7-3A competition. For game times and locations, click on the "Link to Edline" which is provided for each sport.
Basketball - Boys & Girls
During the 2010-11 season, the boys' basketball team was the District Runner-up. The team was ranked 9th in the state by the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches at the start of the 2010-11 season.

Cross Country - Boys & Girls
The STE boys' cross country team won the state championships in 2009 and 2010 state champions. The girls' cross country team is the 2010 state champion and 2009 runner-up.

Golf - Boys & Girls
The STE girls' golf team placed third at the state tournament. Top STE golfers placed 4th and 8th in individual play. In March, the Lady Saint golfers finished in second place at the district tournament, capturing the 2nd, 3rd, and 9th place spots, and they placed fourth at the regional tournament.

Soccer - Boys & Girls
Boys' soccer has been a long-standing tradition at St. Thomas'. STE teams won the state championships in 1994 and 1998. During the 2011 season the boys' team finished first in district play and advanced to the final four in the state playoffs.
Girls' soccer has been a varsity sport at STE since the 2007-2008 school year. In 2010, the girls' team was district champion. The team advanced to the regional tournament in 2010 and 2011.

Swimming
The STE has the 2010 and 2011 state champion girls' swim team. The boys' swimming team placed second at state for the past three years. Both the boys and girls won the region champion titles in 2011. At the 2011 state meet, the boys' and girls' relay teams won three relays and finished in the top four in all six relay events at State.

Tennis - Boys & Girls
In the 2011 season, eight members of the STE tennis team advanced to the state tournament, where STE players took 5th and 9th in men's singles and 3rd in women's doubles. At the district tournament STE took 1st in women's doubles, 2nd in men's doubles, and 3rd in men's singles.

Track & Field - Boys & Girls
In the 2011 season, the men's track team placed second at the district meet, with the girls finishing in third place. STE runners took 1st in men's and women's 3200, 1600, and 800 races, the women's 400, and the women's four by 400 relay. Sixteen team members advanced to the regional meet where the men's team finished third and the girls finished fourth.
At state, the men's track team placed 8th and the girls took 11th. Andrew Coulter became state champion in the 3200 meters while Andrew Hawk was state runner-up in the 3200 meters and placed third in the 1600 meters. Claire Coulter was state runner-up in both the 3200 and 1600 meter races.
