Stock Market Game

The Stock Market Game, sponsored by the Houston Chronicle, is offered every fall and spring semester to students in 9th through 12th grades. Students are given the opportunity to trade stocks listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the American and NASDAQ exchanges, and mutual funds. Teams compete against other private and public schools with each team investing $100,000 over a period of ten weeks.

Participants in the Stock Market Game meet after school on Wednesdays.
