All activity begins with proper stretching to prevent injury. Students participate in lessons which teach relevant skills then play "lead-up" games which put the skills into practice.
For example, in the football unit lessons include: passing techniques, catching, carrying the ball, blocking/stance, punting, and rules of the game. Lead-up games kick over, fourth down, and captain football.
