Gala & Auction

The 2011 Gala & Auction was a great success.  Chairs, Leah Faucett and Cindy Bartlett and their committee put together a wonderful community event that raised more than $180,000 for the school’s Endowment Fund. 

The evening paid a special tribute to event honorees Henry & Wanda Walters for their years of dedicated service to STE, and marked the establishment of the Henry & Wanda Walters Legacy Society, which recognizes those individuals, couples, and families who have designated St. Thomas’ Episcopal School in their estate plan.  We are grateful for our underwriters, auction donors, attendees, volunteers, InterContinental Hotel Houston, and Chef Peter Laufer who made it a memorable evening for all.
