Financial Aid

St. Thomas’ Episcopal School strives to help all students who demonstrate a need for financial assistance.  The entire financial aid process, as well as any amounts awarded, is strictly confidential.  Faculty members are not informed of any student requesting or receiving financial aid.  Please direct questions regarding financial aid to Eileen Spisak in the Business Office at 713.559.1623, or email her at espisak@stes.org.

Financial Aid Process

St. Thomas’ uses FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to collect and assess all information required in the financial aid process.  St. Thomas’ makes all decisions of financial aid awards based on the recommendations from FACTS.

New students applying for financial aid must complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by April 15, 2010.  In addition, new students must be accepted for admission and pay the non-refundable tuition deposit to be eligible for financial aid.

Applicants are encouraged to apply online through a convenient, easy-to-use web program at http://www.factstuitionaid.com/.  A paper application, available from the Business Office, may be submitted by those without computer access.

All applicants for must submit the following to FACTS by April 15, 2010:
